Exercise PhysiologISTS SUNSHINE COAST
Our Exercise Physiologist across the Sunshine Coast at Maroochydore, Gympie & Noosa clinics can help you.
Our Exercise Physiologists – based on the Sunshine Coast – design customised programs around our client’s individual goals. Their programs can be performed in various formats, including both one-on-one and group-based exercise sessions, at home, in the community, or at one of our centres in Maroochydore, Noosa, and Gympie.
The role of an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) is to holistically assess an individual through physical assessment and scientific evidence and create a therapy plan that will assist them in their goals and needs. This could be anything from a dedicated therapy program of gentle mobility and activation exercises up to strength and conditioning.

Our experienced Exercise Physiologist’s have a broad range of knowledge in their area of expertise, from teaching clients with spinal injuries to walk again to working with athletes in wheelchairs, meaning there is no goal too big or too complicated for our team to handle! Our Exercise Physiologist’s also have a diverse background, having worked in environments including private practices, hospitals, private clinics, university clinics and on government projects.
At Enhanced Living, we have developed a reputation for achieving results for clients suffering from a range of complex conditions, and are pleased to offer our diverse experience and skills to you.
