Dave learnt that having a healthy internal system is just the beginning of many facets of life.
Further learning highlighted that exercise can reverse diabetes, regrow necrotic heart tissue, improve cancer recovery, improve mood and focus on mental health, and reduce the deterioration of neurological disorders through appropriate exercise modes and dosages.
That was just the beginning of Dave’s holistic exercise physiology career. On a personal note, he has a son who is an NDIS participant which has enabled Dave to deliver programs for ASD teens and young adults with a level of support and empathy that provides a safe and enjoyable environment for the client to achieve their best.
Dave is passionate about the team’s development and brings a broad range of experiences that enhances the capacity to problem solve for clients. Dave has had great outcomes for clients with rare conditions due to this diverse experience offering alternative solutions. No two treatment programs are the same and he thrives on managing complex disorders that require adaptation and creativity, while implementing research-based programs. His dynamic and emphatic approach to service delivery allows for an individualised and targeted approach to match the day-to-day presentation of a client and push for the highest likelihood of success.
